How to use coupons in Kajabi

Edpay can easily be combined with discount coupons in Kajabi. 

To make this work, you need to set up two separate offers in both Kajabi and Edpay:

• Standard offer – represents the regular price.

• Discount offer – represents the discounted price that the customer should receive when using a coupon.

Both offers must be registered in Edpay.

Step-by-step:

1. Create the two offers in Kajabi (one with the standard price and one with the discounted price).

2. Register both offers in Edpay.

3. Go to the standard offer in Edpay, and under Payment flow, select the option Coupon.

4. Choose the discounted offer from the dropdown menu.

How it works technically:

• When the checkout page loads, the payment button linked to the standard price is displayed.

• If the customer enters a valid coupon code in the Kajabi Checkout, Edpay will automatically replace the payment button for the standard offer with the button for the discount offer.

• This ensures that the customer always pays the correct price, depending on whether a coupon is used or not.

This setup works seamlessly with both Legacy Checkout and Enhanced Checkout in Kajabi.
