Offer is granted automations

A customer will automatically be added to a product in Kajabi after they have purchased something from you. The user information is sent from Edpay to your Kajabi site through the Webhook, which means that we need to use "Offer is granted" in our Automations. 

If you for example want to send a welcome email, subscribe the customer to an email sequence or add a tag, then you need to use "Offer is granted" as the "When-trigger". 

NB: This most likely mean you need to use BOTH "Offer is purchased" AND "Offer is granted" automations. The purchased-automations will work for payments through Kajabi (Stripe, PayPal etc), and granted-automations will work for payments through Edpay.

But first, make sure you are adding new customers to your email list automatically by activating the below feature in the Checkout Settings. If this is not active, then some of your customers might not receive your emails:  

How to create offer is granted automations

Go to your offer in Kajabi, and scroll down to Automations, and click on "Add automation".

Send welcome email

 To send a welcome email, choose "Offer is granted" and "Send email", like this: 

Add a tag

For å legge til en tag på kunden velger du "Offer is granted", "Add a tag" og den taggen du vil legge til, slik:
