How to use order bump in Kajabi

Edpay supports the order bump functionality in Kajabi. 

To make this work, you need to set up two separate offers in Kajabi:

• Standard offer – contains only the main product.

• Order bump offer – contains both the main product and the content from the order bump.

Both of these offers must be added as separate offers in Edpay.

Step-by-step:

1. Create the two offers in Kajabi.

2. Register both offers in Edpay.

3. Go to the standard offer in Edpay, and under Payment flow, select the option Order Bump.

4. From the dropdown menu, choose the order bump offer (the one that includes both the main product and the order bump).

How it works technically:

• When the checkout page loads, Edpay first displays the payment button connected to the standard offer (main product only).

• If the customer selects the order bump product in Kajabi, Edpay will automatically swap the payment button to the one for the offer that includes both the main product and the order bump.

• This ensures that the correct price and product combination is always sent to payment.

This setup works seamlessly with both the Legacy Checkout and the Enhanced Checkout in Kajabi.
