Social proof widget for Kajabi

Boost trust and conversions with Social Proof from Edpay 🚀

With Edpay, you can easily add a Social Proof popup to your Kajabi checkout and landing pages — displaying real purchase activity that builds trust and encourages more customers to complete their checkout.

Simply enable the Social Proof Widget under your Checkout Settings in Edpay. Once activated, it will automatically appear on all your Kajabi checkout pages — no extra setup required.

The widget showcases your five most recent purchases for the specific offer the visitor is viewing. This helps build trust and credibility, showing that other customers are actively buying — and reassuring new visitors that your offer is both popular and reliable.

You can also display the popup on your landing pages or just a few selected checkout pages. To do this, open the “Social Proof” tab for your offer in Edpay, copy the provided code snippet, and paste it into your Kajabi page under “Source code.”

(add it to any text section in Kajabi)

To keep the display authentic and relevant, the popup will only appear if there have been sales within the last seven days for that specific offer.

It’s a simple yet powerful way to increase credibility, strengthen buyer confidence, and boost conversions — automatically. 🚀

🧩 Troubleshooting

If the popup isn’t showing on your checkout or landing page, check the following:

  1. Edpay script: Make sure your Kajabi site uses the latest Edpay script under Footer Tracking Code https://app.edpay.no/user/kajabi-checkout

  2. Offer settings: Confirm that both the Checkout page and Webhook URL are correctly set in your offer settings in Edpay.

  3.  Recent sales: Has your offer received any payments in the last seven days? (You can check under Customers in Edpay.)

  4. Archived offers: Archived offers are automatically excluded from the popup. If the offer is archived in Edpay, make sure you activate it again.

  5. Duplicate offers: If multiple offers in Edpay share the same Checkout page or Webhook URL, Edpay will use the most recently created one. Consider archiving the duplicates.
