Enhanced Checkout in Kajabi – and a brand-new Edpay experience 🚀
Kajabi has recently introduced a new Checkout template with a modern and improved design. We’re excited to let you know that Edpay is now fully compatible with this new Enhanced Checkout in Kajabi.
But we didn’t stop there. Along with this update, we’ve also made the Edpay experience better than ever:
-
No more manual code snippets. Previously, you had to paste a code snippet into the source code for each checkout page in Kajabi. That is no longer necessary.
-
Automatic setup. With the new Edpay script, payment buttons are automatically added to your Kajabi checkout pages – whether you’re using the legacy template or the new enhanced template.
-
New features. You can now enable order bumps and coupons directly in Edpay without any extra code.
How to get started
-
Update your Edpay script.
Go to your Kajabi Checkout Settings and replace any old Edpay script with the new code found here:
-
Create offers in Edpay.
For every new offer you create in Edpay, the payment buttons will now appear automatically in Kajabi.
Existing offers will continue to work as before, so you don’t need to change anything right away. However, if you’d like to take advantage of the new automatic setup, you can remove any old Edpay payment button code from the Offer source code in Kajabi. Once removed, Edpay will handle everything for you.
-
Configure your offers.
Under each offer in Edpay, you’ll now find two powerful new settings:
-
Payment methods
Choose which payment options you want to offer. For example, if you only want to show Vipps, simply uncheck Klarna, and Klarna will automatically disappear from the checkout page.
-
Payment flow
Decide how the checkout should behave:
-
Single offer: A standard checkout with no order bump or coupon.
-
Order bump: Link the offer to an order bump offer. When customers add an order bump on the checkout page, Edpay will automatically swap the button to the order bump offer. Read full guide about order bump here.
-
Coupon: Link the offer to a discounted version of the offer. When customers enter a valid coupon code in Kajabi, Edpay will automatically swap the button to the discounted offer. Read full guide here. Read full guide about coupons here.
